Merely by using the Website the user accepts these General Terms and Conditions – which may be modified by the LaSierra Homes at any time – in full and without reservation. The use of the Site is also subject to any specific terms and conditions, notices or instructions published therein in connection with content or specific services, supplementing the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions where they do not conflict with them.
2. Exclusion of liability for the operation of the website and its services
The LaSierra Homes makes no guarantee as to the availability and continuity of the Website, its services and its contents; if reasonably possible, LaSierra Homes shall give prior notice of any interruption in the functioning thereof. 3. Exclusion of liability for graphic information on the website, availability of products or services and price changes
All graphic documentation included on this website is solely for guidance purposes. The designs of developments do not show the final details of overhangs, borders, lighting in public thoroughfare or landscaping, given that it is sometimes is necessary to modify designs, boundaries, landscaping, the position of streets, roads, lighting of roads or other elements as the development progresses.
